DETROIT – A newly opened brewpub in Detroit is giving away pizza to Detroit Tigers fans after every home game. Saucy Brew Works is located just a stone’s throw from Comerica Park at 2671 John R. Street. The brewpub opened on March 13.

Tigers fans can exchange their same day ticket stub for a small, 8″ pizza, a $14 value, with a limit of one per person, dine-in only. Saucy Brew Works is open Sun. – Wed. from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Thurs. – Sat. from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The restaurant features 15 to 20 craft beers on tap daily along with a variety of baked chicken wings, sandwiches and its New Haven style pizza. One of the most popular offerings is the Nashville Hot Chicken pizza.

“As the Craft Beer Partner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, we wanted to bring our love for sports and sports-enthusiasts to our new location in Detroit,” said Shelby Nicholson, Marketing Manager. “This is the first of many offers we plan to promote related to Detroit’s home teams and we hope our new neighbors will seek out Saucy Brew Works as their new pre- and post-game destination.”

This is the only Saucy Brew Works in Michigan. The Detroit location also features a full-service café offering signature coffee drinks and house roasts, seasonal offerings, and bakery items. A breakfast menu is set to launch this summer.
